Can't go wrong with Bobby's T's Plumbing, Fixing my burst water pipe (I know I know!) required digging down through ivy. Bobby arrived almost early, and got the job done in an hour. Very personable young man. I highly recommend him.

I have had to call Bobby T on 3 occasions... Once was for my own home, once for a rental property I managed, and for a friend I happened to visit when an emergency situation occurred. All 3 times Bobby (and crew), gave an accurate estimate, arrived when he said that they would, and they cleaned up after themselves... Actually they left my laundry room in better shape than they found it. Bobby does quality work... the first time, so even though I have never had to take Bobby (and crew) up on that 1 year warranty, the simple fact that it was there, just in case I needed it, was comforting. I have since referred Bobby T's Plumbing to several others, and I have yet to hear of a single negative experience.

I have used Bobby T's Plumbing on two separate occasions. One minor and one on the major side. Both times were dealt with in a very timely fashion with very professional service. They were very helpful, polite, and very clean. I have referred this company to my friends and family as well.

Last year my Kenmore hot water heater broke down. It was on a Thursday. I called Sears on that Thursday afternoon and was told that they would be pleased to send someone out to look at it the next Wednesday. What am I going to do for the next 6 days without hot water? I found Bobby T on the Internet on Friday morning. I talked to Bobby at about 9 am. He asked me what the problem was with the hot water heater. He said that it would take him about 30 to 45 minutes to go buy the parts and should be at my house within 45 minutes to an hour. Bobby arrived at my house at 9:30 am and had the water heater fixed by 10:15. He even gave me a senior discount that I had not asked for. What an excellent job he did and he really saved my day. I have been working with Bobby T's Plumbing for over 3 years on many projects with my rental properties and my home. He always does a great job! He is reasonable with his rates, always has the right parts on his van so he is not having to leave the jobsite, he completes his work in a timely manner; he cleans up after the job, and is very well mannered around my tenants. Our bathtub was clogged and after many attempts to snake it, we gave up and called Bobby. We like to support small businesses, especially family run businesses. Bobby knew exactly what the problem was, explained in detail over the phone and in person what he was going to do, and did it quickly (next morning) and affordably. We will definitely be calling him again and highly recommend him.

Have had Bob do two bath remodels at my home in Edmonds over the past year. He provided a competitive bid (I got bids from four north-end plumbers), was on-time and did the work as requested, with no extras. In addition to standard tubs, showers, toilets, sinks; also had Bob install a whole house water filter. Everything works perfectly. Very satisfied customer here in Edmonds.

We found Bobby T's through Dex Yellow Pages, and have since had three different plumbing repair jobs done well by them. Each time was similar in their professional work method. The appointment was confirmed by phone the evening prior, they arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully. They advised us wisely if they found something additional was needed that could be done then, at less cost. For example: an emergency water shut off was installed while the line was cut for a PRV valve. They do the job right the first time, so we've never needed to call them back on the same job. I have used Bobby twice. Once during the Dec blizzard when a water pipe froze, and just today for a bath remodel. Bobby came out in snow that few dared travel in and did a great job. Today he installed the shower/bath portion of our remodel. On time, great job and courteous.

My wife and I bought a 1952 home and decided to remodel the bathroom. After calling one of the "Big Named" plumbing companies and having a salesman attempt to up-sell me to no-end, I gave Bobby T's Plumbing a call for a second opinion. They sent out a plumber the next day (He was 10 minutes early, wow!) after explaining exactly what it was that we wanted, we received a reasonable quote. We said yes, feeling very reassured that they were guaranteeing the work in writing. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction, (I had a contractor friend check the work and he said it was nicely done). The plumber even helped me remove my old jetted tub. I have used this same company on two other occasions, (for unrelated work) and have always been satisfied with their professional, prompt service! Give them a call if you need a plumber!!!
